
Day 4 of the KSOP GGPoker Premium in Rio de Janeiro is packed with excitement for players and will be one of the busiest days of the event. New matches, including the Main Event, will begin today, with others continuing and entitled to several new champions by the end of the day.
The day started at 15:00 and it kicked off an always popular tournament. This is Freezeout, a two-day non-repeatable tournament. The buy-in fee for freezing out is R$ 2,000 and the guaranteed prize pool is R$ 200,000. There will be blinds for 30 minutes and the result will be determined on Sunday.
The big decision of the day will also be made at 2pm. The heats are back on the final day, and the final qualifiers already know they’re in for a real feast.
One Hours later, at 3 p.m., the main game of the stage begins. The Main Event, with a buy-in of R$3,000 and a guarantee of R$3,000,000, will start this Saturday on Day 1A. The tournament will have 60 minutes of blinds and is expected to be huge. A total of five days, players will play six qualifiers.
Also at 15:00, Progressive KO returned to the second day after holding two qualifiers. The competition will continue throughout Saturday, further narrowing down the field of entry. The last day is on Sunday. Another KO match of the day is scheduled to begin at 5:00pm, where the day-long 8-Max KO match will begin. The buy-in fee for 8-Max KO is R$1,500.
The women’s event will also start on Saturday. The women’s exclusive tournament will take place over two days at the KSOP GGPoker Premium in Rio de Janeiro. The first day is scheduled for 5pm. The tournament buy-in is R$500 and the guaranteed prize pool is R$25,000. Blind time is 30 minutes.
Another No. 1 was set on the day of the competition. The two-day PLO race kicks off at 7pm on the first day on Saturday. The buy-in fee is R$1,500 and the margin is R$100,000. Finally, there are two turbo tournaments: the No Breaks Deep Stack is scheduled for 20:00 CET with a buy-in of R$1,000, while the daily single re-entry event will start at 23:00 CET with a buy-in The fee is also R1,000 USD.
